Onboarding Made Easy

Welcome to the Bow chika Wow Town community! We’re so excited to have you and your pup become a part of The Town.  We use Gingr as our on-line, 24/7 Operations Manager.  With an online account, you’ll be able to schedule your dog for daycare and boarding when it’s convenient for YOU.

You can also purchase daycare packages, request grooming appointments, upload vaccination records, receive email confirmations of appointments, vaccination reminders, and so much more.

Step 1: Create an account

Create an AccountCreating an account is easy, and takes about 5 minutes!  When you click the Create an Account button below, you’ll be taken to a separate tab where you’ll be asked for some information about yourself—your name, email, phone number, address, emergency contact, and so on.   We are caring for your family member and it is important that we have accurate and up to date contact information, including an email address.  We NEVER share or sell any of our client’s information.

Step 2: Add your pet to the system

Next you need to add your dog’s info.  We’ll need to know a few things about your pup such as breed mix, birthday, and veterinarian.   Make sure you have a good picture on hand to upload as well.

You can also provide us with additional information for future reservations such as feeding and medication instructions.   If there are any medical issues or other behaviors we should be aware of, this is the place to add those notes.

Steps: pet info > add a pet > enter information > SAVE

Step 3: Review & Sign our Agreements

Once you complete the account creation process and enter in the information about yourself, you’ll be asked to sign our Registration & Release agreement.  You you can easily sign directly from your cell phone, tablet, or computer.

Our agreements are in place for everyone’s protection and they clearly outline our policies and procedures.   We ask that you take the time to read through and then follow the instructions for your electronic signature.  

Steps: View / Sign > Digital signature > sign and submit

Step 4: Upload vaccination history

​Once you’ve completed these 3 steps, you are done!  If you’d like to save yourself some time and hassle, you can submit your vaccination records on your new Account Dashboard.  You are required to have these to us prior to your dog’s 1st reservation with at Bow chika Wow Town.   We do not accept proof of vaccinations at drop off.  Be sure that you have reviewed our eligibility requirements.

If you are not able to upload your vaccination records online, that’s perfectly fine!  You have options!  You can let us know and we can call your vet on your behalf to get the required information.   You can also contact your vet and have them fax over the info to us (401.737.2906).  Lastly, you can email us a digital copy and we will update your account.
